They both have a non skid surface on the bottom.That keeps them perfectly in place and make them not move around.They are lightweight and very comfortable.The padding on this is so soft and cushiony.They are the perfect angle and height so it allows me to work longer without my wrists feeling stiff and having pain.These are very well made and great quality.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.#CushionCare
