It was very easy to set up.You simply plug it into a usb on your computer,and then put it under the the laptop.It is very lightweight but durable.I like the slim design which makes it easy to carry.The two fans are surprisingly quiet and powerful enough to keep my laptop cool.It holds very firmly to a laptop and has a anti-slip deigned surface for the laptop.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.#laptopcoolingpad
