I love making bread,pizza dough.It's sturdy and well made.It very easy to use. Simply coat the basket with flour,and let the banneton do its thing.It has a nice design.You could also use the basket for a bread basket after you cooked the bread.I like it comes with a liner you can use it with it in or out.I love that its 100% eco-friendly and no chemicals.Very easy to storage when you are not using it.
