These stick is really strongly built Very easy to use.When holding this in your hands you will notice the smooth,firm rubber handles.They have raised x indents on the handles that help with grip.You'll see 2 small, and 7 large rollers between the handles.The rollers each have 3 lines that expand the length of the roller, that offers a deeper massage then if it was just smooth.It rolls over your skin smoothly,and gets all those places that are hard to do.The muscle stick allows me to use it to massage the knots and cramps away.
