Sela Fitness home machine
The best part is this machine is so small,I can easily store it away when I am not using it.This is light weight and easy to move around my home to use.This unit was super easy to assemble it take me 5 minutes.I have been using it and I really like how it works.The handles and cushions are comfortable and easy to use.I like the resistance and how I can adjust it.It is built nice and sturdy.The exercises included are very helpful.As an added bonus,I was sent a Sela Twister Board with this.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.#selafitness
